We ask that those who do decide to come and worship in-person to adhere to the guidelines that have been posted and sent out. Know that worship will look different during this time, most notably:

  1. We will adhere to social distancing guidelines and all persons are expected to stay 6 feet apart when able.
  2. Masks are highly encouraged.
  3.  We will not pass the peace.
  4. We will not pass the offering plate but have stations near the entrances and exits for people to give.
  5. There will be no congregational singing until noted otherwise.

Through the month of September, we will only have 1 Sunday worship service at 10:30 AM. If all goes well, and cases continue to track downward, on Sunday, October 4th, we will phase in our 8:15 AM service and our Sunday School classes while still following our COVID guidelines. We are in the process of adding virtual capabilities so all, no matter their comfort level, can still participate in our community life. We will offer 1 Wednesday Night class starting September 23rd with more details to come. We will keep everyone informed as we continue to phase in the rest of our in-person activities. Know that if you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to the church office.

I am excited and overjoyed for us to resume our in-person activities, but safety is our number one priority. I look forward to seeing many of you for the first time in worship on September 6th. God is moving, dear friends. I am excited to see the great things we will do through the One who unites us, calls us, perfects us, and sends us.

May the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, the love of God, and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit be with each of you and yours.

Grace and Peace,
Rev. Zach Moffatt

Pulaski FUMC Family,

Greetings in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ! At the beginning of August, we announced that we would not have in-person worship through the month of August. This past week, after much consultation, prayer, and discernment, our Leadership Team and I are excited to announce that on Sunday, September 6th, we will re-gather for in-person worship. Please note that there will be no Sunday School or nursery. We know and understand that there are some who are excited by this news and others who might still be nervous about coming to church. We are here to support all, no matter where they are or how they are feeling. We ask that you use your best judgment and do what is most comfortable for you during this time. We will still offer our virtual services on WKSR and Facebook Live. You can and are still encouraged to give your tithes and offerings online, through the mail, or bring them by the church office.
